Well last weekend was the first state nat's. I was getting the holeshot in every race. On friday I got 2nd. On Saturday I was leading in the main then I screwed up over a triple which caused me to go high in the turn. Two people went under me and tried to go down and ended up hitting someone's back tire. I finished 7th on Saturday. On Sunday in the main I had my worst gate of the entire weekend. I came out about 5th and was caught up in the pack. I hit the first double-out and totally messed up. I came unclipped and was in 5th. I ended up finishing 5th on Sunday.

Friday-2nd Saturday-7th Sunday-5th

This weekend was the Quaker State Nationals. On Friday which was the pre-race I had to race 14 inter. I ended up getting 5th out of 7 I think. I got beat by a National #2 girl from Arizona. She was really good. On Saturday, I had to race 14 inter again and I'm only 13. There were two racks of 14 inters. I qualified in the 2nd moto of my rack. In the main I ended up finishing 6th and there were 10 people to start out with. On Sunday, I actually was able to race my class. In the first moto, my foot came unclipped out of the gate. I was way behind and caught up to finish 3rd. I won the 2nd moto. In the main, I finished 2nd for my first National ever. I had a great time this weekend and can't wait to do it again.

             On Thursday night I turned intermediate...finally. I didn't know that I did until before the race tonight(Saturday 5/19/07) that i was inter. I always forgot to count this one ribbon i got and i thought i still needed 1 more win, but i didn't. I ended up getting third tonight and the kid who won was State Champion. Lucky me.

                I can't wait until the Quaker State Nationals. It's going to be a blast. This will be my first national race so wish me luck! I'll post results when they're over.
