Got back to racing.  Foot still hurts and swells.  I was happy about the racing at the Christmas Classic.  Still not up to 100 percent yet.  I have gotten a little motivation now.  Hope for a great year of racing in 2009. 

I had foot surgery on July 22, 2008.  It was very hard non weight bearing for eight weeks.  I had a bone fused together and some joints fused.  3 screws total. 
Due to an injury at Tarheel National 2007.  Freak accident.
It is called a Lisfranc injury. 
I am now 12 weeks from surgery and I can ride my bike on platforms.  It hurts to bad to ride with clips right now.  Hopefully soon I will be back on clips.
