Q&A - Personal
Some Personal Information About Me:
I'm a 34 year old novice rider. Took my first BMX gate in July of 2008. In 2009 I finally started to hit the podium. Over a dozen top 3 finishes, including two 3rd place national finishes. I also hit the state championship series hard this year. In the end I took home the #5 plate for the 28-35 boys age group here in Mn. I also joined the Radd Racing team back in June. What a great move that was. Coach Christine Schnor has turned my riding up about ten notches. I know my first win is coming soon!
Why do you like this sport?
I love to compete. I love to ride bikes. But in the end it's the people I love the most. BMX people are the greatest. It really is like a family.
Why do you compete?
I'm a very competitive individual. I need to have an outlet for that energy. I just really love to push myself.
Describe your style...
My style is hard charging yet patient. Don't force a move and cause a wreck. Push your competition till they screw up. Push them hard enough and they always will.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I want to be a Vet Pro who owns his own bike shop!
