Monday: 10 good sprints and gates at the shop.
Tuesday: Church and 10 good sprints
Wednesday: Practice at Roseville or 10 good sprints.
Thursday: Practice at Roseville or 10 good sprints.
Friday: 10 good sprints.
Saturday: Racing at roseville and 10 good sprints.
Sunday: 10 good sprints.
