How I got started

While my father was deployed overseas with the military, I was looking at old photo albums of my father and noticed he was a BMXer back around 1970 and 1980. I thought it was pretty cool and when my dad returned home. I asked him about getting into the sport.

Every now and then I will wear my father`s blue and gold uniform in his honor and for all the old school guys but I leave the mint Hutch bike at home.

Information about me:

06 Grand National Championship

I am a full time student and continue to maintain a high honor roll. I love to listen to all kinds of music and playing the guitar .  I like to compete because it's one thing that I really love to do. All week long I train, practice and look forward to the racing on the weekends.

I enjoy meeting new people and becoming friends with riders from around the country and try beating the guys I know/think I can beat. Riding and hanging with my teammates inspires me in practice or after a race, pushing each other. We learn what we can do and get over what we are afraid. Hope to someday become a Pro and help the new riders enjoy the sport.

Goals

06 NBL Grand National

 Short Term

To continue being consistent, keep making mains, and to enhance my riding level and be  ready to take on the challenges of National and  International BMX competition. I want to have a  mathematical shot at the ABA title, NBL title, and  see how I can fare with the experts in the open class.

Long Term

To become BMX World Champion and to qualify for the Olympics.
